Yo, How's it going everybody? Today, I decided that I'm gonna take a depression test. This is my result. I'm not sure if I ever talk about it, but I'm having a depression. (Not really, I guess). I'm on my meds. A lot of people in Malaysia has negative perspective on people who suffered from mental illnesses. They thought we were crazy and incapable of thinking normally. That's one of the reasons why my teachers don't know about it. There's time where I wanna scream on top of my lungs that I'm sad and depressed but I can't. It was pretty stressed out. For ppl who are suffering from depression, suicide is not a good way to end it. Pls consult an expert and therapist. You need it. You need someone to talk to.
